- A deposit is required and a payment plan
can be negotiated

- There is an added cost for heating the
pools. The fee is $400 per week for Ocean
Delight and $600 per week for Ocean Estate.
This fee must be included in your final
payment.
- If you wish to use the pool, please
inform us the Thursday before arrival.
- Check in is 5 pm. This is not flexible,
as the cleaners will be preparing the home.
- Check out is 10 am. Again, this is not
flexible.
